1. Add polypropylene resin, peroxide, dispersant and coupling agent to low speed mixer in succession and mix at room temperature for 2-5 minutes at 50-100 rpm.

2. Use screw extruder to plasticize and extrude mixture obtained in step 1. The temperature of each zone in extruder is set at 170°C-230°C, and speed of main motor is 200-500 rpm. 5-15°C.

3. After hardening, use a granulator to granulate product, remove non-standard products, ventilate, and get finished product after granules are completely cooled and dried.
