For soft PVC materials, many manufacturers often use Pa (Pa) to indicate hardness; in fact, Pa here does not refer to hardness, but to content of plasticizer (oil) in PVC materials. Therefore, greater value of Pa, greater content of plasticizer and softer material, which is directly opposite to value of surface hardness of material.
