·        Unsere stahltur mass standart ist 200x90x20-25 und Kasse  ist einstellbar .

·        Kasse und flügel werden aus DKP blech hergestellt.

·        Um die festigkeit  des ausserhalb zu verstaeckern legt man zwischen zwei MDF einzel blech wie die trapez hinein und mit winden blech vertaerkt man.

·        Die hölzern seite sind auf dem MDF naturlich furniert und nach serie kann auch laminat sein.

·        Um die festigkeit zu vertaeckern an die turangel seite legt man 4 stück stabile sicherheits cotterpin hinein

·        Gegen die von ausserseite kommende schloss belastungen die an dem barel flaeche legende schützern mit stahlrüstung montiert wie bestattung

·        İnnerhalb der flügeln damit von  heiss ,staub und laut zu izolieren legt man strafor hinein.

·        An unsere stahl ture benutz man 3 stück schmiereabel spezial mit kugellager panel turangel.

·        Unter die turangel legt man um von die am meissten abnutzungen zu schützen mit spezial legierung mit luft Docht hinein.

·        An die flaeche die flügel und Kasse sich streifen legt man für die heiss ,laut und staub izolierung Kautschuk gemischte Docht hinein.

      ** Beim  Amerikan , Rustik und Relief panel serien die metal seiten werden mit elektrostatik pulver farbe gefaerbt und in 220 grad offen abgedarrt.
